"Being debt free is better than spending feels." This blog will follow the ups and downs of living on a beer budget ($40,000/year) in Ottawa. I am a 20-something girl who came out of 2 degrees with $33,000 in student loans. Through dedication and hard work that was paid off in less than a year and I now own a home. I am not a financial planner or expert, but have developed an interest in my finances and how to make the most of my income. Questions? Email me at bigcitybeerbudget@gmail.com

ReplyDeleteYour condo looks sooooo cozy! nice decorating skills ;)
ReplyDeleteLooks great! What an inviting space - I'm jealous too!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great comments. I really do feel at home in the condo, and while some people can't believe that I can live happily in just under 400 sq ft it's actually great...less to clean, lower condo fees, lower hydro bills, no need to just fill space, etc. I love it!
ReplyDeleteNice! The wooden cabinet goes well with the black countertop but the ones that really caught my attention were the frames and figures you had in your kitchen. It really added a unique touch to the area. Have you been to the Eiffel Tower? And I'm guessing the one on the left is from Asia, based on the architecture. ;)
